Great Britain high quality stamps which were in top demand last report have weakened along with the pound. Still strong are India, Oman and pre-1950 Eastern Europe. Western Europe years 1955-1985 are weakening, especially for Europa topicals.

Pre-1938 British Colonies are strong. Hong Kong much stronger, PRC and Korea are steady. Worldwide classic stamps in top quality continue to break price records. United States stamps in below very fine condition are weak. Interest in South America is continuous.
